Protect My Blessings
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ، وَتَحَوُّلِ عَافِيَتِكَ، وَفُجَاءَةِ نِقْمَتِكَ، وَجَمِيعِ سَخَطِكَ
Transliteration
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa fuja'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik.
Translation
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the removal of Your blessing, the loss of Your protection, sudden vengeance from You, and all of Your anger.
What this dua means
Blessings can vanish overnight. This dua asks Allah to keep what He gave you — health, provision, safety — and to keep His anger away.
When to read it
Daily, and whenever you fear losing a blessing you hold dear.
Virtue
From the Prophet's ﷺ own supplications — guarding blessings is as important as asking for them. (Muslim 2739)
