Privacy policy
No accounts. No tracking cookies of our own. Using the site itself requires no signup and no personal data: prayer times are calculated entirely in your browser, and any preferences you set (such as your chosen city or calculation method) are stored only on your own device via local storage — they are never sent to us.
The one exception is The SalahTime Letter, our optional email newsletter (see below). We do not sell personal data, ever.
Advertising cookies
This site is supported by advertising. Our advertising partner, Google AdSense, may set cookies on your device to serve and measure ads. You can learn how Google uses cookies and manage your choices in Google's cookie policy and Google's advertising policy.
Newsletter
The SalahTime Letter is entirely optional. If you subscribe, we collect your email address and, if you choose to share it, your city (used only to include your city's prayer times in each issue). This data is processed by our email provider, Brevo, in order to send the newsletter.
Every subscription uses double opt-in: you receive a confirmation email and are only added to the list after clicking the link in it. Every issue contains an unsubscribe link; clicking it removes you immediately, and you can also ask us to delete your data via the contact page. We keep subscriber data only for as long as the subscription is active.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to access, delete and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Because we do not collect personal information ourselves, there is nothing to request from us; for data held by our advertising partner, please use Google's privacy controls linked above.
