In Your Name I Live and Die
بِاسْمِكَ اللَّهُمَّ أَمُوتُ وَأَحْيَا
Transliteration
Bismika Allahumma amutu wa ahya.
Translation
In Your name, O Allah, I die and I live.

The shortest bedtime dua: your sleep and your waking are both in Allah's name. Nothing more needed.
