The Declaration of Oneness, a Hundred Times

لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ، وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

Transliteration

La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamd, wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadir.

Translation

None has the right to be worshipped but Allah alone, without partner. To Him belongs dominion and to Him belongs praise, and He is over all things competent.

What this dua means

The core testimony of Islam, repeated: Allah alone deserves worship; all power and praise belong to Him.

Virtue

The Prophet ﷺ said it equals freeing ten slaves, earns a hundred good deeds, wipes away a hundred bad deeds, and shields from Satan that day until evening. (Bukhari 3293)
